Booking Policy
- Advance Payment: An advance payment is required to confirm the booking if the travel is within 30 days. However, a partial amount will be sufficient if the travel is planned more than 30 days ahead. The amount may vary depending on the season and package selected.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services are non-refundable, including visa fees and non-refundable hotel bookings.
- Price Changes: Prices are subject to change if confirmation from the guest is delayed.
- Balance Payment: If partial payment is made, the remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before travel.
- Guest Information: Guests must provide all required information. Travel Saga Holidays will not be responsible for issues or missing documents due to incomplete or incorrect details.

- Cancellation made 30 days or more before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the overall package cost
- Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 80% of the overall package cost
- Cancellations made between 14 to 1 day(s) before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the overall package cost
- Visa fee is non-refundable under any circumstances

- Refunds will be initiated once the cancellation is confirmed
- It may take 7–14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account

- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used
