5. Third Party Services
Many travel services such as airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers, and visa authorities are third-party service providers.

• Acts as a travel facilitator
• Does not control third-party policies or decisions
• Is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service changes made by these providers
Any additional charges imposed by third-party suppliers will be the responsibility of the client.
6. Cancellation by the Client
If the client wishes to cancel a booking, the cancellation request must be sent in writing via email.
Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below.
Standard Cancellation Charges
- More than 45 days before travel – 10% of total booking cost
- 30 – 44 days before travel – 25% of total booking cost
- 15 – 29 days before travel – 50% of total booking cost
- 7 – 14 days before travel – 75% of total booking cost
- Less than 7 days before travel or no-show – 100% of total booking cost
Certain services such as flights, visas, hotel bookings, or promotional fares may be completely non-refundable.
Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total package cost and not only the advance amount
7. Cancellation by Travel Saga Holidays India Pvt. Ltd.
In rare situations, Travel Saga Holidays India Pvt. Ltd. may cancel or modify a booking due to:
• Supplier issues
• Operational limitations
• Force majeure situations
• Government restrictions
• Unavoidable circumstances
In such cases, we will try to offer:
• Alternative travel arrangements, or
• A refund of the amount received, after deducting supplier charges if applicable.
8. Refund Policy

• Some suppliers may take longer to process refunds.
• Service fees, processing fees, and convenience charges are non-refundable.

If the client wishes to modify any confirmed booking, amendment charges may apply.

Additional charges from airlines, hotels, or other suppliers will be payable by the client.
10. No Show Policy
If a client fails to appear for the scheduled travel or service without prior cancellation:
• The booking will be treated as a no-show
• No refund will be applicable
11. Force Majeure
Travel Saga Holidays India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Airline or airport closures
• Government travel restrictions

12. Travel Insurance
Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance for international travel.
