• Balance Payment: If partial payment is made, the remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before travel.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation made 30 days or more before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the overall package cost
• Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 80% of the overall package cost
• Cancellations made between 14 to 1 day(s) before the departure date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the overall package cost
• Visa Fee: The visa fee is non-refundable under any circumstances

• Refunds will be initiated once the cancellation is confirmed
• It may take 7–14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account
